Property manager ignores my calls- whom can I complain to? Can they evict me for complaining?
Last year I had a water leak and had to turn off the water. I called the agency, since all repairs and therefore financial liabilities have to be discussed with the property manager. I was told by the receptionist that I have a new property manager now since the previous one left the agency, but that the new property manager is in a call...To make it short- for 3 weeks I did not get through to her because she was ALWAYS in a call or not available and all my voice massages that I left on her phone were never returned. By that time I was already moved to a friends place since I had no water. Then I became rude to the receptionist until she walked into the property managers office. The manager promised she would call a plumber and get back to me to confirm date and time of the plumbing. She of course never got back to me until I again chased her up. She said the plumber hadn't confirmed a time as yet. I demanded the plumbers phone nr and called him personally and he stated that he was never contacted by the agency. Finally I got the plumbing done...paid the full rent (even though I had to spent an entire month at a friends place )and just let it go ....Now I have a mould issue and just because the exshaust is not working. I tried to clean it up and basically poisened myself with the mould killer detergents- had one week of headaches..Again my calls to the agency are not returned and now I will have to pay $200 to a cleaning company to professionally remove the mould. But the mould returns after a short while...I just need a new exshaust... How can they just change the property manager without letting me know and now I am being walked all over..The previous manager always answered the phone and all repairs were made and paid for- why is that changed? I live in melbourne inner city and pay a tremendous amount of rent which is also going to be increased next month,....which rights do I have? Whom can I complain to??? Do property managers have other managers above them to whom I could complain. Can they evict me for complaining? I am scared that they evict me if I complain,...I have no documents from the agency which state anything except that they will pay for any wear and tear of appliances as long as I confirm repairs with the agency ..haha, but they just don't pick up the phone......What should I do??? Please help me out with this...I am a bit lost here. What would you guys do? Thanks, Kris Thats another thing - I had a one year lease which expired 2 years ago....So since there were no issues the lease is now just a mutual agreement.

Help with mold in wall?
I recently found mold under the trim in our bedroom. After having the mold tested I found out it was not toxic so I decided to try and fix the problem myself. I tore out a foot of the drywall and there wasn't much more than an inch of mold on the drywall. I bought a special mold killer certified by the EPA to clean up the mold. The problem I have run into is that the point the mold started was on the other side of the wall and I believe it traveled under the wood beam that goes across the floor from the wall. I am concerned that even if I clean up the other side of the wall with the mold killer and replace the drywall I tore out that the mold is still underneath the footer beam of the wall and I am afraid it will come back. Do I need to tear out the ENTIRE wall to fix this problem? Or is there a way I can be certain the mold that might be under the wood is dead?

Anyone know how to get MOULD out of a PRAM without using the various 'mould killers' (all basically bleach)?
Our pram has to 'live' outside, as we don't have enough room for it inside. In the last few months, spores of mould have spread all over it. While it's easy enough to scrub the mould spores off the metal parts of the pram, the fabric parts are impregnated with spores now too, and using any of the 'mould killers' available will ruin said fabrics. Any ideas much appreciated!
