Back in 2004 entered into a lease/option contract to purchase a home. On the "Real Estate Disclosure" seller recorded, "Also this house was mold remediated over two ago by a company the previous owner hired. To the best of our knowledge the mold remediation was successful, we have seen no evidence of mold."
